Vision Production for Corporate Events in Brisbane

LED walls, screens, confidence monitors, IMAG, and vision mixing for corporate events across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Your audience needs to see clearly. Whether that's a presentation on screen, a speaker on a large-format display, or a real-time video feed magnified for a large room - the right vision setup makes the difference between an audience that's engaged and one that's straining to follow along.

G&M Event Group supplies and operates vision equipment for corporate events across Brisbane and South East Queensland. We'll tell you exactly what your event needs - and just as importantly, what it doesn't.

What We Supply

Vision Equipment

Each item explained in plain English. No technical jargon.

LED Video Wall

An LED wall is a modular display made up of individual panels that connect together to create a large, seamless screen. Unlike a projector, it doesn't need a darkened room and delivers a sharp, bright image even under stage lighting. LED walls work particularly well as backdrops - behind a presenter on stage, as the visual centrepiece of a product launch, or as a dynamic display at an expo stand.

Large Format Screens - 65" and 75" TVs on Stands

A 65-inch or 75-inch screen on a stand is the practical choice for smaller rooms, breakout sessions, or anywhere you need a clear display without committing to a full production setup. The 75-inch gives you extra size for a slightly larger room or a longer viewing distance, without moving up to an LED wall. Easy to position, easy to move, and clear from the front row to the back of a mid-sized room.

Confidence Monitors

A confidence monitor is a screen positioned at stage level, facing the presenter. It shows the current slide, speaker notes, or a running clock - whatever the presenter needs to stay on track without turning to look at the main screen behind them. If your presenters are delivering a polished presentation, a confidence monitor is one of the simplest things you can add to make them look more professional.

Vision Mixing

Vision mixing is the live switching between multiple video sources during your event. If you have a presenter's laptop, a camera feed, and a title graphic all feeding into your screens, vision mixing is what makes the transitions seamless and professional. Without it, you're switching cables between inputs - and your audience will notice.

IMAG - Image Magnification

IMAG stands for image magnification. It's a live camera feed of your speaker or presenter displayed on the main screen so the audience at the back of a large room can see them clearly. It's the difference between a presentation and a broadcast - and for events over a certain size, it changes the feel of the room significantly.

A Practical Guide

When Do You Need Vision Production?

A good guide: if your venue seats more than 80 people, or if the room is wider than it is deep, dedicated vision production will make a meaningful difference to your event.

For smaller rooms, a single screen or TV is often enough. For larger events, the combination of a main LED wall, confidence monitors for your presenters, and vision mixing gives everyone in the room the experience they came for.
