All-Hands Meetings - Brisbane & SEQ

When the whole company is watching, everything has to work.

All-hands meetings put leadership in front of everyone at once. We make sure the sound reaches every seat, every face is visible on screen, and nothing fails when it counts most.

Every person in the room needs to hear clearly, see the screen, and feel like leadership is present.

An all-hands meeting is one of the few times your entire organisation is in the same room. The stakes are high. If audio drops at the back, if the screen is washed out, if a presenter's wireless mic cuts at the wrong moment - the message gets lost and leadership looks unprepared.

We have been producing large-format internal events for 27 years. We understand what it takes to hold a room of 50, 200, or 600 people - consistent audio across every seat, screens large enough to read from the back, and operators who can fix a problem silently before anyone notices.

We don't oversell. If the venue's in-house system is the right tool for your headcount, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll bring what's needed and explain why.

What we handle for all-hands meetings

From room-wide audio to live camera magnification, every element is managed by our team on the day.

Audio

Sound is the most critical element in any all-hands meeting. Every seat - front row to standing room - needs to hear the same clarity. We design and operate line arrays, distributed speaker systems, and wireless mic setups sized to your venue and headcount. Lapel mics, handheld mics, and lectern mics managed from the mix desk by our operator throughout the session.

Vision & IMAG

When your audience is 100 people or more, the people at the back need to see the speaker's face, not just a distant figure on a stage. IMAG - image magnification - sends a live camera feed of the presenter to the main screen in real time. We supply and operate LED walls, large-format screens, and the camera and video switching required to run IMAG cleanly throughout the session.

Confidence Monitors

Presenters should never have to turn their back to the audience to check their slides. Confidence monitors are screens positioned at stage level, facing the speaker, showing the current slide, the next slide, and speaker notes. We set these up as a standard part of any all-hands with multiple speakers or a structured agenda. It makes presenters look more polished - and more relaxed.

Internal comms

Recording

All-hands recordings are essential for remote staff, those on leave, and internal comms archives. We capture a clean mix of presenter audio, slides, and camera footage, and deliver an edited recording ready for distribution via your intranet or video platform. If you need chapters or timestamps, we can structure the edit to match your agenda.

About our recording services

The whole company is watching. We don't leave anything to chance.

All-hands meetings have no room for technical failures. A dropped mic, a frozen slide, a speaker array that only covers the first ten rows - these are the things that undermine the event and reflect on the people who organised it.

We run technical rehearsals with your presenters before the room fills. We bring redundancy for critical equipment. And our operators stay on the desk for the full session.

  • Technical rehearsal with speakers before doors open
  • Redundant wireless systems for key presenter mics
  • Operator on the mix desk for the full session
  • Audio checked from multiple positions in the room
  • Slide advance and presentation cue management
  • Full packdown after - no mess, no overtime surprises

Who we work with

We work with the people responsible for making leadership look good in front of the whole organisation.

Internal Comms & HR Teams

You're responsible for how leadership lands with the organisation. We handle everything technical so you can focus on the agenda, the speakers, and the message - not the mic cables.

PAs & Executive Assistants

Booking AV for a company-wide event doesn't have to be complicated. Tell us the date, venue, and headcount. We'll send a plain-language quote and manage everything from there.

Marketing & Event Teams

If the all-hands is part of a broader program - town hall format, awards component, video playback - we integrate all of it into a single, managed production.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can you cater for?

We've produced all-hands events from 50 to 600 attendees across Brisbane and South East Queensland. The equipment we specify scales to your headcount and venue - we'll recommend what's right for your room, not what's easiest to quote.

What is IMAG and do we need it?

IMAG stands for image magnification - it's a live camera feed of your presenter displayed on the main screen in real time. If your audience is larger than around 80 to 100 people, or your venue is longer than it is wide, IMAG is worth considering. We'll advise based on your specific room and headcount when you enquire.

Can you handle an event with multiple presenters on the same day?

Yes. Multi-speaker all-hands meetings are standard for us. We manage mic handoffs, slide transitions, and speaker changeovers from the desk. During the tech rehearsal, we run each presenter through their segment so everyone is comfortable before the room fills.

Can you record the session for staff who can't attend?

Yes. We capture presenter audio, slides, and camera footage and deliver an edited recording after the event. If you need the recording formatted for a specific platform or chopped by agenda item, let us know when you enquire.

What if our venue already has in-house AV?

We'll assess what the venue's system can handle for your headcount. In some cases the in-house setup is fine with our operator running it. In others, supplementing with our own equipment gives you noticeably better results. We'll be direct about which applies to your event.
