Hire one service or the whole production. Most events need a combination.

Very few corporate events need only one thing. A conference needs screens, microphones, and someone to operate both. A product launch needs a bright screen, brand-colour lighting, and clean audio for the presenter. A memorial service needs a screen for the tribute and a microphone that carries the celebrant clearly to the back of the room.

We supply and operate all six service areas in-house. That means one quote, one crew, one point of contact, and equipment that has been specified to work together rather than assembled from three different suppliers on the morning of your event.

You can also hire a single service if that is genuinely all you need. We will tell you honestly which applies to your event.

Every service listed here includes our crew operating it on the day, unless you specifically want supply only. Equipment sitting unoperated in a room is not a production. Our guide to what drives the cost of corporate AV explains how crew and equipment add up.

What you get with every service

  • A quote written in plain English, not a technical spec sheet
  • Equipment specified for your venue, not a generic package
  • Bump-in, testing, and technical rehearsal before doors open
  • Experienced local crew who know SEQ venues
  • Full packdown, no mess and no overtime surprises

Our six service areas

Each can be quoted individually or as part of a full production package. Follow any of them through for equipment detail and typical setups.

Vision

Presenter on stage in front of a large LED wall

Screens & LED walls

LED video walls, large format screens, 65" and 75" TV screens on stands, confidence monitors, and vision mixing across multiple sources. Sized to your venue and audience so the back row reads the slide as clearly as the front.

Audio

Handheld microphone on a stand in front of a stage

Sound for every seat

Handheld, lapel, headset and lectern microphones, PA systems and speakers, and mixing desks operated throughout your event. The right mic for the presenter, and coverage that reaches the back of the room without being uncomfortable at the front.

Lighting

Follow spot on a stand shining a beam of light at a night-time rooftop event

Atmosphere & brand

Stage wash, backdrop lighting, atmospheric effects, and moving heads. Lighting is the highest impact per dollar of anything on this page. It is the difference between a function room with a screen in it and an event that feels deliberate.

  • Moving heads

Staging

Stage deck with steps and black skirting in a conference room

The physical build

Stage decks and risers, truss and rigging, pipe and drape, lecterns, and custom set elements. Lifts your presenters so they can be seen, hides the cabling and road cases, and frames the front of the room as one deliberate setup.

Recording

Capture the content

Audio and video recording of presentations, speeches and full sessions, delivered edited and ready to distribute. For staff who could not attend, for internal comms, for social content, or simply as a record of what was said.

Our Crew

Two technicians with headsets working at the production desk

The people who run it

Vision, audio and lighting technicians, setup crew, and general AV technicians. On the desk for the full session, not just bump-in. Anyone can drop equipment at a venue. Operating it well through a live event is a different job.

How services usually combine

Most people are not sure what they need. These are the combinations we quote most often, by event scale. Use them as a starting point, not a fixed package. Our guide to corporate AV hire in Brisbane explains what each setup includes and how to budget for it.

Up to 50 people

Small workshop or briefing

A screen, a couple of microphones, and one technician to run it. Lighting is usually unnecessary in a smaller room with good house lighting.

  • Vision
  • Audio
  • 1 x crew

50 to 200 people

Conference or launch

Larger screen or LED wall, full PA with multiple wireless mics, stage wash lighting, a modest stage build, and two to three crew. Recording is worth adding if the content has a second life.

  • Vision
  • Audio
  • Lighting
  • Staging
  • 2-3 x crew

200+ people

Large conference or gala

LED wall with IMAG and camera, line array audio, full lighting design, built stage with truss, recording, and a crew of three or more with specialist operators on each desk.

  • All six services
  • 3+ crew
  • IMAG

Supply only, or supply and operate?

Two ways to work with us. One is right for most corporate events and one is right occasionally.

Supply and operate

We deliver, build, test, run a technical rehearsal, and operate the system through your event with our crew on the desk. When something needs adjusting mid-session, it gets adjusted before anyone notices. This is how the large majority of our work is delivered and it is what we recommend for anything with an audience, multiple presenters, or a schedule to keep.

Supply only

We deliver the equipment and you run it. Appropriate for simple setups where someone on your team is comfortable with the gear, or where a venue technician is already engaged. We will be honest about when this is a false economy. For anything with live switching, multiple audio sources, or a room above about 100 people, unoperated equipment tends to cost more in problems than it saves in crew.

Frequently asked questions

Can we hire just one service?

Yes. Plenty of enquiries are for a single element, most often a screen or a PA system. We will quote it on its own without trying to attach services you did not ask about. If we think the event genuinely needs something you have not mentioned, we will say so once and leave the decision with you.

How do I know what I need?

You do not have to. Describe the event, the venue, and roughly how many people are coming, and we will tell you what is appropriate. That is the job. Nobody should need to understand the difference between a line array and a point source to book AV for their conference.

Do you charge separately for crew?

Yes, and we show it as its own line rather than burying it in an inflated equipment rate. Crew covers bump-in, technical rehearsal, operating through your event, and packdown. Seeing it itemised lets you make an informed decision about how much operational support your event actually needs.

What if the venue already has AV installed?

We will assess what the venue system can handle for your headcount and format. Sometimes it is genuinely fine and our crew simply operates it. Sometimes it falls short in ways that only become obvious on the day. We will be direct about which applies rather than automatically quoting you a full replacement.

Do you cover areas outside Brisbane?

Yes. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Toowoomba are regular territory, and we cover the wider South East Queensland region. Being Brisbane based means no interstate travel or accommodation loading on your quote.

Not sure which services you need?

Tell us about the event and we will put together a straightforward quote with only what it actually requires.
