G&M Event Group provides full AV production for corporate events across Brisbane and South East Queensland. We've been doing this for 27 years, which means we've worked at virtually every venue in the region and delivered over 500 corporate events, from intimate 30-person workshops to large-scale multi-day conferences.
We're not attached to a venue. We're an independent production company, which means we work for you. Our job is to make sure your event looks and sounds exactly the way it should, your presenters feel confident, and the people in the room leave with the right impression.
We supply and operate sound systems, vision equipment, stage lighting, staging, and recording, and we provide the experienced crew who run it all on the day. We handle everything from the initial brief to packdown at the end. No jargon, no unnecessary upsells, and quotes written in plain language.

Vision
Everything your audience needs to see, displayed clearly.
Whether you need a single screen for a small presentation or a full LED wall for a large conference, we match the vision setup to your venue and audience size. We also supply confidence monitors so your presenters always know where they are, and vision mixing so you can switch between multiple sources, laptop, camera, graphics, without a glitch.

Audio
Clear sound in every seat.
A microphone that doesn't suit the setting, or a room where the sound doesn't carry, can undermine an otherwise strong event. We select the right microphone type for your presenters and your room, and make sure the audio is clean and even across the entire space.

Lighting
The difference between a room and an event.
Most people don't notice good lighting, they notice bad lighting. A well-lit stage and a properly set atmosphere changes how your audience perceives an event and how your brand looks in the room. We keep it practical and purposeful.

Staging
The frame around everything else.
A stage lifts your presenters so the back of the room can see them, hides the cabling and road cases, and frames the front of the room as one deliberate setup. We supply and build stage decks, truss, drape, and lecterns, and we size the build around the screens and lighting going on it.

Recording
Don't let good content disappear when the event ends.
If your presenters have something worth saying, it's worth capturing. We record audio and video of presentations and speeches so you can use the content for internal comms, training, or future reference.

Our Crew
Anyone can drop off equipment. We stay and run it.
The equipment is only half of it. Our vision, audio, and lighting technicians are on the desk for the full event, watching levels, cutting cameras, and solving problems before anyone notices there was one. Our setup crew builds it and packs it down. Labour is a line on your quote because operating it well is most of the value.
